Executive Bios- Lil’ Angel Gifts

Jennifer Belyea Fiander, Owner (Head Honcho)

Ms. Fiander holds a BA and BEd from St. Thomas University. She worked as a teacher until the arrival of her first child, Cameron. Cameron, who has Angelman Syndrome, inspired Ms. Fiander to produce a few books, which later led into the development of her company. “Instruction Manual for Babies” and “Organizing Your Child’s Special Needs” were created specifically for Cameron- it was through others’ urging and the success of these 2 products that Lil’ Angel Gifts (named for Cameron) was born. Ms. Fiander continues to lead her company through marketing, sales and product development.


Frank Enstein, Silent Business Partner (a.k.a. ‘The Enforcer’) & Customer Service Guru

We are uncertain as to Frank’s experience prior to being with Lil’ Angel Gifts, but he is a definite asset now that he’s with us. He is the strong, but silent type- keeping Ms. Fiander on task. All complaints are referred through to the brawny Frank to deal with- fortunately, not many!


Cameron Fiander, Mission Statement Developer & Head of Donations Department

Mr. Cameron keeps Lil’ Angel Gifts focused, guiding the company’s strong mission statement. He also makes executive decisions pertaining to making donations to various fundraising causes and special events.


Kennedy Fiander, Product Design Approval Specialist

After designs come back from the graphic designer, Miss Kennedy is in charge of finalizing the look of new products- She ensures that all new products pass a certain ‘girly factor’.


Peyton Fiander, Cutie Specialist

In charge of looking cute & keeping mommy from working too hard.
